Scope of work:

• masonry repairs including replacement of bricks, tuckpointing and installation of through-wall flashings
• balcony rehabilitation including concrete repairs, waterproofing and complete railing replacement
• removal and replacement of all windows and balcony doors
• Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) over-cladding
• painting of the exterior facade
