This is a unique building-complex comprised of independent-living and assisted-living units. Special attention was necessary to be mindful of the residents.

The comprehensive project involved a full range of building envelope remedial work.

• concrete repairs on all balcony elevations
• installation of new reinforcing steel
• grout and seal cracks on balconies
• waterproof all balconies with new waterproofing membrane
• extensive repair to deteriorated brick masonry and mortar joints on all elevations
• installation of shelf-angle extensions, shelf-angle replacement & additional anchoring where required
• removal and replacement of through-wall flashing
• installation of new pre-finished metal cap and drip flashing
• removal and replacement of exterior caulking
