35 High Park Avenue is one building of a 7-building village nestled amongst High Park Village’s 13 stunning acres of green space at Keele and Bloor.

Tritan began working at High Park Village over 10 years ago completing localized repairs on each building. Working with the consultant and the client we developed a scope-of-work for each building to meet the client’s budget and phased the work over 6 years. Presently, we are completing the second-last balcony rehabilitation project on 111 Pacific Ave. and look forward to completing the final building in 2015.

The project encompasses a complete exterior upgrade on all buildings including:

• removal and replacement of all balcony railings
• comprehensive concrete balcony repairs: slab edge, top surface, thru-slab, soffit
• complete sealant replacement
• masonry repairs: replacement of bricks, tuck-pointing and installation of through-wall flashings
• painting
