Constructed in the late 1970s the two triangular office towers are 41 and 26 stories. The towers, clad in polished granite, are linked up to the twelfth floor by a 40-metre-high, glass-enclosed atrium above a trading floor.

Shearwall sealant-replacement was the focus of this unique project.

Scope of work:

• Sealant replacement around granite panels and windows
• Removal and replacement of granite panels including engineering and installation of new anchoring system
• Installation of through-wall flashing on all granite elevations
